Feldsott: Dance of Springtime
Celebrating the artist’s 70th birthday and 50 years of art making

Los Angeles, CA – Wienholt Projects is pleased to host Dance of Springtime, an evening party on Saturday, April 27th, 6:00 – 10:00 PM, for Bay Area artist Feldsott.

Feldsott’s solo exhibition My Responsibility has been recently expanded to include over a dozen additional works that further deepen the experience of the artist’s 50 years of art-making. Feldsott will also release his genesis NFT with SuperRare. The exhibition presents drawings, paintings and sculptures spanning the 1970s to the present which explore themes of ancient spirituality, sexual philosophy, global politics, psychedelics, and shamanic healing traditions, prompting viewers to reconsider their relationship to the human condition. The party will highlight works from the expanded curation, including an iconic painting from the same series that was recently featured in BET’s new hit series Diarra from Detroit.

Feldsott will be in conversation with Frederick Janka, a queer Latinx arts advocate and cultural producer, at 6:00 PM, followed by music with DJ sets by Captain Planet, dancing, and complimentary drinks provided by CoCo Vodka, starting at 7:00 PM.
